Within my own Textiles practice, I work in stitch, hand dyed fabrics and quilting methods to produce wall adornment and framed tactile artworks

I explore themes linking to family heritage, memories,writing and note taking as well as colour through dyeing methods

I have recently exhibited art work in Italy, Paris and Rome with Miniartextil foundation (IT)

I have exhibited at the Festival of Quilts, Birmingham, as well as Bath, London and South West England

I truly believe that everyone is creative and can learn through practice, at any age.

It is all about having an open mind, and a readiness to make mistakes-I too make mistakes and they make me stronger and more adaptable every day!
